Jako celek pak jeho ibsenovské inscenace odrážejí vývoj režisérovy poetiky, její formování i vývoj, ale také kontinuitu nejen v dramaturgické oblasti, ale i v režijním rukopise.; The article focuses on Jan Nebeský, one of the leading Czech directors, his returns to Henrik Ibsen, and the continuity of his (Ibsenian) productions. Jan Nebeský stages his first Ibsen's drama, The Ghosts, in the first years of his career, and symbolically returns to this particular drama in his latest production. In the meantime of almost four decades, Nebeský continually returns to Ibsen's plays, staging eight of them. As his style transformed and stabilized, so did the Ibsenian productions of his, thus reflecting both the dramaturgical continuity and his distinctive style.

Šíma, Jan
In the constructivist approach, political representation is conceived as a creative activity that implies the role of a judging audience. However, the role of judgment within representation remains under-theorized. This paper foregrounds the role of the imagination in judgment as a necessary supporter of the constructivist effects of representation that not only contribute to the constitution of political identities but also induce a particular relation toward political reality. First, this paper examines the place of judgment in the constructivist conception of representation. Next, it focuses on Hannah Arendt's theory of judgment and on efforts to apply it to political representation. While these previous attempts rightly point out the affinities between the constructivist understanding of representation and Arendt's understanding of political reality as a contingent domain of appearances, they have not sufficiently considered the place of judgment within the power relations of representative politics. The final part claims that judgment must be considered both on the side of the representatives and the represented and advances an aversive reading of judgment that emphasizes an open approach to the perception of political reality.

Džunková, Katarína
Preklady Liturgie sv. Jána Zlatoústeho do jazykov pôvodných národov Ruského impéria boli vytvorené ruskými pravoslávnymi misionármi najmä v 19. storočí. Výpožičky z ruštiny alebo cirkevnej slovančiny sme skúmali v cirkevnej lexike liturgických textov v abcházskom, altajskom, burjatskom, čuvašskom, jakutskom, karelskom, komijskom, marijskom, tatárskom a udmurtskom jazyku. Záver článku tvoria stručné poznatky z terénneho výskumu vypovedajúce o praxi slúženia liturgie v natívnych jazykoch v Ruskej federácii a ďalších štátoch v súčasnosti.; The translations of the Divine Liturgy into the languages of the indigenous peoples of the Russian Empire were created by Russian missionaries, primarily in the nineteenth century. Their objective was to prevent a mass exodus from Orthodoxy to Islam or paganism and offer the local population a more comprehensive understanding of Christianity. The article expounds on this phenomenon within the context of the ongoing debate regarding the translation of the liturgy into Russian and other languages. The article encompass the translation of sacred texts into the Komi language by St. Stephen of Perm and addresses the circumstances in the early nineteenth century when emperors issued decrees mandating the translation of the liturgy. A pivotal moment emerged with the missionary principles of the orientalist N. I. Ilminsky in Kazan, advocating for the translation of texts into the vernacular. Ilminsky proposed using solely the Cyrillic alphabet and resorting to borrowings from Church Slavonic when necessary. Slavicism within Christian terminology has been researched in liturgical texts in Abkhazian, Altaic, Buryat, Chuvash, Yakut, Karelian, Komi, Mari, Tatar, and Udmurt. The article also discusses the translation into Komi, highlighting the rivalries among translators in that context.

Šest z deseti zkoumaných překladů nebylo dosud publikováno ani analyzováno.; The paper attempts to characterise the work of Gustav Francl (1920-2019) on the Czech translations of the plays by Jean Racine, focusing both on the formal aspect (style, verse, rhythm, rhyme, and cæsura) and, drawing mostly from a detailed analysis of his unpublished translation of Andromaque, on Francl's tendencies to deviate from the meanings of the original. Six of the ten translations in question had not been previously published nor analysed.
