Přenos výzkumu do praxe: tvorba a implementace metodiky měření kvality paliativní a hospicové péče v ČR

Abstract

Článek se zabývá způsobem a výsledky přenosu výzkumu do praxe, a to na příkladu tvorby a implementace metodiky proměření kvality paliativní a hospicové péče v ČR. První část článku se věnuje východiskům rychle se rozvíjejícího výzkumu,který se zabývá šířením a implementací znalostí do praxe (D&IR) a představuje monitorovací a evaluační rámec RE-AIM.Druhá část textu vyhodnocuje zavádění metodiky do praxe za využití RE-AIM. Dochází k závěrům, že se osvědčilo zapo-jení uživatelů (user involvement) do přípravy metodiky a její implementace vedla v hospicích ke změně vnímání statistika úpravám některých procesů. Ukazuje se, že přestože nebyly zcela dodrženy všechny kroky implementace a adherencek termínům byla nízká, může být tato flexibilita v praxi spíše výhodou. Na druhou stranu platí, že pokud nejsou výsledkymetodiky prezentovány a diskutovány s hospici, může být vnímání výstupů problematické. Celkově má nově vytvořenámetodika potenciál k tomu, aby byla rozšířena do praxe

The article focuses on the approach to, and the results of, the transfer of research into practice using the example of thedevelopment and implementation of a methodology for measuring the quality of palliative and hospice care in the CzechRepublic. The first part of the article is devoted to the background to the rapidly developing research on the disseminati-on and implementation of knowledge into practice (D&IR), and presents the RE-AIM monitoring and evaluation frame-work. The second part of the paper evaluates the implementation of the new methodology into practice using the RE-AIM framework. It concludes that user involvement in the development of the toolkit has proved to be successful and itsimplementation has led to changes in the perceptions of hospices of statistics and adjustments to certain internal pro-cesses. It appears that although not all the implementation steps were fully realised and adherence to deadlines was low,this flexibility factor may, in fact, represent an advantage in practice. On the other hand, if the results of the methodolo-gy are not presented and discussed with hospices, the perception of the outcomes is likely to be problematic. Overall,the newly developed methodology has the potential for dissemination into practice
