Abstract
We studied the impact of JAK2 fusions on metabolic rewiring of leukemic cells; we chose two representatives, themost frequent fusion and a novel previously undescribed fusion, and we showed that JAK2 fusions indeed alter energy metabolism of leukemic cells, but surprisingly in a very distinct manner.
