Abstract

Introduction of methods available in our service laboratory with an emphasis on advanced proteomics methods - Protein cellular localization and thermal stability of proteins. Description of targeted proteomics and possibilities of absolute quantification. In the second part of the presentation, we will introduce the metabolomics part of our services - untargeted LC/MS metabolomics.
