Abstract

Zhodnocení role ve vedení Ústavu translatologie Filozofické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy: Odpovědi v interview, kde otázky se týkaly následujících oblastí: využití vlastních dosavadních profesních zkušeností v pedagogickém, vědeckém i manažerském působení; vývoj překladatelské profese, reakce translatologie jako vědního oboru i z pohledu výuky překladu a tlumočení; úspěchy a budoucí úkoly v dosavadním působení jako ředitel ÚTRL.

Reflections on the role in the management of the Institute of Translation Studies, Faculty of Arts, Charles University: Interview responses with questions covering the following areas: The author's own professional experience in teaching, research and management; the development of the translation profession, the reaction of Translation Studies as a research field and from the perspective of teaching translation and interpreting; achievements and future goals in the current role as director of the Institute of Translation Studies.
