Abstract

Bilanční rozhovor týkající rozvoje Ústavu translatologie FF UK. Rozhovor se týká nejen rozvoje daného ústavu jako vzdělávací a vědecké instituce, ale rovněž vědního oboru translatologie, vývoje studijních oborů překladatelství a tlumočnictví, výstavy "Ztraceni v překladu?", věnované půlstoletí překladatelství a tlumočnictví na českých univerzitách (1963-2013) a dalších pedagogicko-výzkumných oblastí spjatých s příslušným univerzitním pracovištěm.

An interview about the development of the Institute of Translation Studies, Faculty of Arts, Charles University. The interview covers the development of the Institute as an educational and scientific institution, as well as the scientific field of translation studies. It also covers the development of the study programmes of translation and interpreting, the exhibition "Lost in Translation?", dedicated to half a century of translation and interpreting programmes at Czech universities (1963-2013), and other teaching and research areas related to the relevant university department.
